    :Abstract

    This research was written with title of Anthropological consideration of music and tones of the Azeri turkish mourning and its place in the culture of Ardabil people with aim to provide musical row of Azeri turkish mourning for enthusiasts using by means of qualitative , analytical- descriptive method.  in this survey and library research, the results  obtained ftom considerations show that there is a special music in the mourning row that is based on the iranian,s seven musical tools and perhaps some of these songs and musics don’t remained until today  in the iranian music and today, the cause of remaining these musics is the popular  art of mourning. There is a lot of beautiful and enjoyable epic literature and touchable folk literature  in the Azeri turkish mourning Publication of this work  could be tought as a reference and   academic field. In this thesis we have tried to conduct a wide study with a deep view to evulotion the art of mourning after coming the Islam into the Iran and also how to evolution of mourning in various historical periods such as Safavid until now. In this qualitative research and analysis, we tried to condsider and survey the the Azeri turkish mourning meerings in terms of the music and poetry. We attempt to express the generality of implementation of Azeri turkish mourning with all musical details. A main distinction of the mourning with  its other same songs was identified in the Ardabil,s  old history from the past through the now and also tried to mention  its main songs  which has a good bond with iranian national  music . and one or more the Azeri turkish mourning has been expressed with the old special poets.in this research,  all  implementation songs  has been identified and musics and vocal musical tools has been  exectly wrighten by  interview and help of  literature and poetry professors  that is so useful for  this popular art enthusiasts specially for familiarity of young people. The row singing of mourning, music and tones, these three meetings was implemented and sung by the mourning singer and expert and finally for the first time row of the Azeri turkish mourning was presenred as a useable collection with the educational and scientific approach for recording in archeive of  the Azeri turkish mourning ehich recommended to everyone as a suitable pattern of the turkish mourning

    Abstract
    Nastealigh is one of the most beautiful and complete Islamic writing style which is made up of “Naskh” and“TAligh” (Manuscript and Suspension). It is said that Mir Ali Tabrizi, The great calligrapher in Safavid era introduced it for the first time.Before, Emad Al- Hassani, a well-known calligrapher; there was no rules for Nastealigh. Therefore Emad AL-Hassan worked very hard and made some dotted rules for size and writing styles of Nastealigh. Finally, during the most honorable calographer in Qajar era, Mirza Qolam Reza Esfahani, Nastealigh progressed to its climax of beauty and perfection. He tried very hard and by seeking help from purified Imams (As) introduced Nastealigh successfully as the best Islam writing symbols to the world. His own works, remained from that period, are considered as the most precious and artistic treasure of Persian calligraphy

    Sheikh safiaddin Ardebili Mausoleum, Iran’s 11th world Heritage and Historic work

    Abstract
    Sheikh safiaddin Ardebili Mausoleum in Ardebil province includes some constructions and builds date back to 735 To 1o35 lunar Hejri year and considers as one the most enriched and complete architectural masterpiece, abscises mass tile working, gilt fresco, latticed and turnery tomb chests, silver doors and chain hall belonging to Islamic Middle Age era. In the 3th meeting of world Heritage committee (UNESCO) this place was registered as Iran 11th world heritage and historic work. Sheikh safiaddin Ardebili Mausoleum Complex has establish in 735 lunar Hejri, after death of Sheikh Safi under the order of his son, Sadraddin Mousa, by constructing “Allah, Allah” dom. The most important parts of this Complex are propyleaum; large rectangular wooded yard; middle lobby or small courtyard, which opens to “New chell-khane or Alter” from its south side. In addition there is a main courtyard or interior yard known as “Qandil- Khane”.
    Abbassi propylaeum is located in the west side of the yard. Furthermore, in north side of the main countyard, there is a portico with wooden lattice sash window, opens to an octagonal Vaulted building called “ Jannat- sara”. “Dar-Al- Hadith or custodian Arch” is in the south side of the main courtyard, as well as, some graves belonging to great members of Safavid dynasty in both sides of the building. Qandil- Khane was built east side of the main courtyard. Arch and propylaeum of Qandil-khane is seen in north view of this bulling. Chinaware hall is one the premiere buildings of this complex, which probably has been built alongside Jannat- Sara and Qandil- Khane or might be founded during the construction of “Allah- Allah” dome. Shah- Esmail’s tomb covered by a luxurious wooden inlaid work and turnery – as it is said- is a present from Homayon shah Gorgani. “Allah- Allah” dome which has been built over Sheikh safi’s tomb known as the heart of the complex. Harem (Women’s quarter)- in west side of royal sent part of Qandil- khane- is square building just lo meter by lo meter covered with a semi- circle dom made of plain brick . In 1336 Solar Hejri year, the present dome has been copied from the main courtyard and replaced it. There is a grave yard in east and north side of chinaware building known as “Shahid- gah”.
